Deb's belly was purchased by her friend John during a benefit auction. I don't do them often but it was for a good cause. Deb is 37 weeks pregnant with twins and was scheduled to have them the next week. This painting is based off of 2 pictures from a trip to Jamaica. I textured the rocks using saran wrap and again I splatter painted the beach for that sandy look. I really love that this brings her back to a peaceful time in her life.
